With advanced training in functional nutrition and functional blood chemistry, I take a root-cause, food-first approach to gut and hormone healing, always grounded in simple, sustainable, science-backed strategies.

After healing my own long-term digestive and hormonal issues, I bring both clinical expertise and empathy to my work, offering clear explanations and judgment-free support every step of the way. I didnโ€™t set out to become a holistic nutritionist.

My journey started long before I ever worked in the health space. During my first year of college, I was just excited to live on my own, make new friends, and experience snow for the first time!

But underneath that excitement, my health was quietly falling apart. I began dealing with chronic bloating, constipation, heartburn, and discomfort after every meal. No one around me talked about digestive issues, so I felt confused and embarrassed. And every time I went to the doctor hoping for answers, I was told the same thing: โ€œJust take a laxative.โ€

I knew in my gut (literally) that something deeper was going on.

Like many women searching for relief, I tried to fix my digestive issues on my own. I spent years experimenting with diets, reading blogs, following trends, and trying to โ€œeat clean.โ€ For me, that meant going vegan and following a high-carb, low-fat diet. I truly thought I had found the answer.

I didnโ€™t want a Band-Aid. I wanted to understand the root cause of why my body wasnโ€™t working the way it should.

My gut issues werenโ€™t improvingโ€ฆthey were getting worse.

After 3 years, I was still bloated and constipated, and now I also had acne, irregular cycles, and hormone imbalances layered on top.

The real turning point came when I stepped away from extremes and embraced a more balanced, nutrient-dense approach to eating. I slowly began reintroducing foods like eggs and high-quality proteins. My body responded immediately. My digestion improved, my hormones regulated, my energy came back, and it finally felt like a fog had lifted.

Healing my gut changed my life and it completely changed the way I saw womenโ€™s health. I learned firsthand how powerful functional nutrition can be, how connected the gut is to hormones, energy, mood, skin, and overall well-being, and how often women are dismissed or overlooked when they ask for help.

For the first time in years, I felt healthy, grounded, and like myself again.
